Hi Melissa. Thank You for your comments. I have never been to Bali but have seen a lot and heard a lot about it and would really love to see it. My process is as follows. I lay the canvass flat and apply the paint (any color)with a cardboard without thinking. Let it dry in the sun. Loook at it for days on the wall to see what I see . Most important I let the painting make the next move, the painting speaks to me and I react with color until the painting is happy.
