With over 40 solo and group shows throughout his career, Nahum Flores' new exhibition, Geologies, will continue his discourse about the human condition and the environment. Geologies serve as metaphor for Flores' layered, mixed media work on canvas and wood panels where multiple layers of material coincide. Flores brings an intelligence to his art that is refreshing; it engages rather than alienates his audience. The environments Flores depicts are spaces in which amorphous beings emerge.
