Announcing the 8th Art of Gift?Gift of Art the annual exhibition held at Koru Contemporary Art to celebrate the joy of giving to others. On Saturday the 14th of November 2008, for the 8th year running Koru Contemporary Art will be opening this keenly anticipated event providing a fantastic opportunity for collectors to acquire smaller items by Koru Contemporary Art artists and see work by new artists being introduced at Art of Gift?Gift of Art .The pieces on exhibition include paintings and limited edition prints by Beijing artist Zheng Xuewu previously seen at Koru Contemporary Art - Art Singapore 2009; New Zealand artist Carmen Simmonds' delicately coloured feminine works in glass, perfect for a table top or shelf; and photographs by well known Hong Kong photographer Alvin Mak depicting local scenes.
