?In the studio, Jocelyne Clemente re-transcribes an imaginary landscape and keeps its essence. Mental landscape to which she gives a visual fullness, immediately disturbed by some imperceptible pain sprung from her existential relation with nature? Reprises of the same motif, varieties showing the abstract, immediate approach, in an almost automatic gesture, and then the elaborated evolution in the matter, with lyrical, merging strokes. A contemporary and eternal look over the landscape. Lydia Harembourg, 2005, extracts
