Hello everyone, we can make each day a masterpiece. I've been painting for 20 years and have recently moved from Realism to making Abstract Art. The switch is profound and exciting. The new work consists of Oil Paintings and Photographs.

Hi Nina, Nice to meet you. Thank you for your comments. I still paint and draw from observing nature from time to time. I still love painting from life. I will post some previous work soon. I use the sensibilities I learned and apply them to the exploration of an Abstract image. There is a sense of freedom in something that is not planned. Abstraction lets me play with emotion, color relationships, and compositions. I contemplate the energy that is in us and in all of the world. I believe there is something that connects all of us together. It makes me sad to see our leaders not respect the natural energy and laws of nature. I have become more and more aware of the lies in the political world and how their greed affects how people live and die. all of this and an interest is history is also why abstraction is my obsession for now. It's a way to release emotions and it feels good. -
